This is brilliant . Gets me to sleep after first 10 minutes . Never hear all of it !! Mark bowden has such a very relaxing voice . I would recommend this to anybody

Say goodnight to insomnia response

I’ve been suffering from poor sleep for two years and tried acupuncture, cognitive behavioural therapy, gravity blanket, earthing sheet, melatonin and another hypnotherapist. They each helped to a certain extent, some more than others but Say Goodnight to Insomnia has so far helped me overcome my basic problem, waking up in the middle of the night and either churning things over in my brain or panicking that I wasn’t getting back to sleep.
